My journey with self-development began in my twenties. I was drawn to books like "Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway" and “You Can Heal Your Life " which ignited a spark in me. These books gave me the courage to embark on a solo adventure travelling across Asia to Australia where I lived for a year. During this period of self-discovery and exploration, I learned to look out for myself and look after myself far more effectively. By the way, I am not saying you need to pack your bags and go backpacking!

Did you know how we talk to ourselves can significantly impact our well-being? I've learned the importance of self-acceptance and nurturing self-care. It wasn't easy for me in the beginning. In my teens, I treated my body unkindly, later as a new mother I put everyone else first forgetting my own needs. Thankfully, my journey towards a more holistic approach led me to a deeper understanding of my mind, body, and soul.
